I received my HENRY holder after having an older one for sometime. The new product damaged and faulty, it will not stick to wall. I sent a email to the support team to arrange a replacement and have received no communication back from support. Very disappointed as holder is unusable and I have had no customer service or communication from toiletries.

I was hoping it'd just hold the toothpaste, but it did us one better and holds our two toothbrushes very neatly - so now there's no need for anything to sit/live around the basin!

The adhesive is different than the older one I have that is rock solid. The moment I put anything in the holder the adhesive no longer sticks to any surface.

The design is modern, and the suction is reliable. Took my shower teeth brushing to a new level and got my toothbrush away from my partners hairy razor in the cutout. Wins all around, I'd say.

I’ve purchased and successfully used the Henry holder in the past, but unfortunately my recent order did not meet my expectations. Unlike other Tooletries items that are 100% silicone with an easy peel plastic that gets removed from the back before use, the Henry holder had a plastic peel with a sticky adhesive beneath it. If I tried to remove the adhesive layer, I was left with another plastic piece essentially glued to the holder, and removing that layer resulted in a holder that was damaged and unfit for use (see photos). Customer support was great. Quick to respond and assist. Unfortunately the replacement holder sent out had the exact same issue so I opted for a credit on my account in the end.
Disappointed that I couldn’t get a Henry holder to match the toothbrush holder I also ordered for our bathroom. Customer support explained the item was faulty, but I suspect there’s been a change in design for this item, as the back is not a flat silicone surface like other Tooletries products (including an older version of the Henry… see photos comparing the charcoal Henry I ordered compared to an older grey version of the Henry). It now has a slight ridge on the outer rim, making it seem like it’s designed to use the adhesive layer to stick. The adhesive is kind of like that glue that holds gift cards to their cardboard packaging. Shame if this is the case, as Tooletries advertises their products as 100% silicone and no adhesives. I’m apprehensive to stick an adhesive to my tiles for fear it won’t easily remove. I own several other Tooletries products and love these, so it’s a bummer this one didn’t work out :broken_heart::sob:

Good quality, I bought it to keep two electric toothbrushes off the counter, but changed my mind and keep my husband's shaver instead. Two electric toothbrushes fit snugly as well. Stuck to the mirror with no issues.

This helps so much. Now I don't drop my razor in the tub floor anymore. I had trouble with that before & stepping on a razor :u1FA92: is so dangerous. Thank you Tooletries.

The Henry | Essentials Holder

We have two Henry's we use for our toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. We ordered this Henry to use to hold the ice scoop on our ice maker. It works perfect and eliminates all noise. Not a conventional use, but it works perfect:grin::grin:

I wanted something that looked good and was functional. This does exactly that, and well!

These look good and work very well! I will be adding a mirror once available and already plan to add these to my master bathroom that I am currently remodeling.
