Getting Started
How do our shower storage products work?
Our shower storage products use a premium adhesive backing to create a strong, reliable hold without drilling, screws, or suction cups. Simply peel away the protective backing and press the product firmly onto a clean, dry, suitable surface. Allow it to sit undisturbed for 3 hours before adding any weight.
Can our products be moved and reused?
Yes. Our adhesive is designed to be removed and reapplied multiple times, provided it remains clean and undamaged.
To reposition your product, carefully peel both the silicone holder and adhesive film away from the wall together. If the adhesive becomes dirty, simply rinse it under water and allow it to air dry completely (at least 3 hours). Once dry, the adhesive's tackiness will return, and it can be reapplied to a compatible surface.
What does "No-Residue Adhesive" mean?
Our No-Residue Adhesive is designed to provide a strong hold while allowing the product to be removed cleanly from suitable surfaces. Removal results can vary depending on the surface type, condition, installation, and length of use. Always follow our removal instructions and avoid installing products on damaged, peeling, or unsuitable surfaces.
What surfaces are our shower storage products suitable for?
Our shower storage products are designed for use on clean, dry, flat bathroom surfaces, including: Glass, Mirrors, Glossy tiles, Many flat matte tiles, Smooth acrylic surfaces, Smooth metal surfaces. Surface finishes can vary, so always check that the chosen area is flat, clean, dry, and in good condition before installation.

What surfaces are our shower storage products NOT suitable for?
Our shower storage products are not recommended for: Textured or uneven tiles, Grout lines, Natural stone, Timber, Wallpaper, Damaged/cracked/peeling surfaces, Surfaces with loose paint or coatings, Curved surfaces. These surfaces may prevent the adhesive from forming a secure and reliable hold.

Do your shower storage products work on matte tiles?
Yes, our current shower storage range is suitable for many flat matte tiles. However, matte finishes and textures vary significantly. The tile must be flat, smooth, clean, completely dry, and free from soap residue or cleaning products. Heavily textured, uneven, or rough matte tiles may not provide a reliable hold.
How long should I wait before using my product?
Leave your product undisturbed for 3 hours after installation before adding any weight. This gives the adhesive time to form a secure bond with the surface. Using or loading the product too soon may affect its holding strength.
Troubleshooting
Why won't my product stick?
The most common reasons include: surface is textured/uneven/unsuitable, surface not cleaned and dried, soap scum/oils/moisture/residue present, product overlaps a grout line, adhesive was touched, product was repositioned, or weight added before 3-hour wait.

Why did my product lose grip or fall off?
Your product may lose hold if surface was unsuitable, had hidden residue, or wasn't completely dry.
Other causes: grout line overlap, moisture behind adhesive, repositioning, loading too soon, exceeding weight capacity, or surface condition changes.
How do I reinstall my product after removal?
Cover adhesive with original backing or baking paper. When reinstalling: ensure adhesive is clean/dry/intact, clean and dry the new surface, confirm it's flat and suitable, press firmly, wait 3 hours. Repeated removal may reduce performance.
Use & Care
Are your shower storage products reusable?
Our shower storage products are designed to be removed and reapplied with proper care.
If temporarily removed, protect the adhesive with the original backing sheet or a clean piece of baking paper. Reapplication will depend on the condition and cleanliness of the adhesive and the suitability of the new surface.
Performance may reduce after repeated removal and reinstallation.
Can I remove my product?
Yes. Our products are designed to be removable from suitable surfaces.
Remove the product slowly and carefully rather than pulling it sharply away from the wall. Surface type, condition, installation, and length of use may affect the removal result.
Do not use excessive force, sharp tools, or harsh chemical products during removal.
Can I move my product to a new location?
Yes, provided the adhesive remains clean, dry, and in good condition.
Before reinstalling, make sure the new surface is suitable, clean, and completely dry. Press the product firmly into place and wait 3 hours before adding any weight.
Repeatedly moving the product may reduce the strength of the adhesive over time.
How do I clean and care for my product?
To keep your product looking and performing at its best:
- Clean regularly with warm water and mild soap.
- Wipe away soap scum and residue as needed.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning tools.
- Do not allow moisture or cleaning products to build up behind the product.
- Check periodically that the product remains securely attached.
If the product is removed, keep the adhesive clean and dry before reinstalling.

Are your shower storage products suitable for rental properties?
Many customers choose our shower storage products because they do not require drilling, screws, or permanent fixtures.
As every surface is different, we cannot guarantee performance or removal outcomes on all surfaces. We recommend checking that your chosen installation surface is suitable and in good condition before use.
Will your shower storage products damage my walls or tiles?
Our products are designed to be removed cleanly from suitable surfaces when installed and removed correctly.
However, removal results can vary depending on the surface material, condition, finish, installation, and length of use. Avoid applying products to painted, damaged, cracked, peeling, or otherwise unsuitable surfaces.
Always remove the product slowly and follow the recommended removal instructions.
How long do your shower storage products last?
Our shower storage products are designed for long-term bathroom use.
Their lifespan will depend on the installation surface, bathroom conditions, applied weight, product care, and how often the product is removed or moved. Correct installation and regular care will help maintain the best possible performance.
What is the warranty on your shower storage products?
Our shower storage products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
