    • The Mason Razor Holder is designed to fit most hand held razors.

  • How do you clean your products?
    • We suggest cleaning your products regularly (especially if it is in a spot that is constantly getting wet). All you have to do is gently hand wash with warm, soapy water and allow to air dry before reapplying firmly to surface.
  • How often do you release new products?

  • How much weight do your products hold?

  • Do your products have drainage holes?
    • Yes. All the products that have a pocket have custom drainage holes so you can use the product in the shower.
  • How do you apply and re-apply your products?
    • 1. Clean the surface area if dusty or dirty
    • 2. Take off the protective film from the back of the product (there is protective film on the front of the mirror so make sure to take that off!)
    • 3. Place onto a clean, flat, shiny glass-like surface (it will not stick to unglazed tiles or stone)
    • 4. Smooth out air bubbles by tracing around the edges and centre with your thumbs and press firmly (air bubbles are your enemy)
    • 5. Wait 24 hours before use

  • What type of surfaces do your products grip to?
    • Our products are made of easy-cleaning silicone that stick to smooth, shiny surfaces. They work best on glass, mirror, shiny tiles or marble.
  • Is your Koby Bag waterproof?
    • The Koby Bag and Koby Mini are water resistant.
  • Are your products reusable?
    • Yes! Our products can be removed and reused as many times as you like. All you have to do is peel the product off the surface, wash in soapy water and air dry then reapply firmly to wherever you want to relocate it.
  • Do your products use suction cups?
    • Our products do not use adhesives or suction cups. They grip to shiny surfaces using our silicone grip technology.


  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    • You’ll need to first add the items to your cart. Then, proceed through checkout and add the discount code to the section and click apply. Make sure the discount is applied before proceeding.

    • We are located in many stores throughout Australia and USA. Send us an email if you want to find out specific stores.

  • Which countries does ship to?
    • We ship to the United States and Australia. If you would like to ship to the United States please go to We will be shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom in the near future. Stay tuned!
  • What do I do if my tracking number says delivered but I have not received it?
    • 1.     Please check your mailbox as well as around your house, as the courier might have left it there.
    • 2.     Check with your local post office.
    • 3.     Still no luck contact Australia Post directly and see where your parcel is.
    • IF STILL no luck please contact and we will assist you further.
  • Where do I find my tracking number?
    • An email we sent out which have your tracking details. You can find your tracking number on your confirmation email. We also send out a tracking number specific email. We also link your email address to Australia Post tracking updates.

  • I have not received an email to say my order is confirmed?
    • Please check your junk folder as it may have snuck in there.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    • AUS STANDARD: Orders are scheduled to arrive approximately 4-6 business days after shipping from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
    • AUS EXPRESS: Orders are scheduled to arrive approximately 1-2 business days after shipping from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
    • All orders placed before 9 a.m. AEST will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse on the same business day and all those placed after 9 a.m. AEST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
